User responsibility:

The services provide a conversation transcription function. Meetslay.com or the companies it cooperates with to provide the service do not undergo conversation transcription. The content of the conversation is displayed only during the meeting and stored in the user's computer memory. Meetslay.com receives only a query to analyze the fragments of conversations selected by the user.

It is your responsibility to comply with applicable foreign, federal and local laws when using Meetslay.com, including informing meeting attendees that you are using this tool. We do not tolerate the use of our Services for illegal purposes. Your use of the Services is at your own discretion and risk, and with the understanding that you will be solely responsible for third-party support during the conversation.

Communication:

Upon your visit to the Website or the transmission of emails to us, you engage in electronic communication with us. By doing so, you grant consent to receive electronic communications from us. Our means of communication with you will involve sending emails or displaying notifications on this Website. You hereby acknowledge that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other forms of communication that we furnish to you electronically meet any legal stipulation necessitating written communication.

Account:

In the event of your utilization of this Website, it is your responsibility to uphold the confidentiality of your account, control access to your computer, and you consent to assume liability for all actions transpiring under your account. Meetslay.com retains the authority to decline the service.

Payment:

All services available on the Meetslay.com Website are paid. By selecting Upgrade, you agree to pay Meetslay.com the monthly subscription fees indicated for that service. Payment will be taken on a prepaid basis on the day you sign up for the service and will cover the use of that service for the monthly subscription period as indicated. Upgrade fees are non-refundable.

Unless you notify Meetslay.com before the end of the applicable subscription period that you wish to cancel an Upgrade, your Upgrade subscription will automatically renew and you authorize us to charge the then-current monthly subscription fee for such Upgrade (and any taxes) using any credit card or another payment mechanism we have on record for you. Updates can be canceled at any time in the Account section.

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. All your content will be immediately removed from the Service upon cancellation. This information cannot be recovered after account cancellation.

Rules updates:

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to periodically check this Agreement for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Site following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
